I'm i having a miscarriage i didn't even know i was pregnant?

okay i just had my daughter 4 months ago and i have been ual active and i didn't have a period last month so this month when i started bleeding i tought it was a normal period but i'm bleeding extra heavy with big mes of blood coming out of me. i've been bleeding for 12 days now i'm i having a miscarriage???????
