What's the best food for African dwarf frogs?

I just got some ADFs and I'm not sure what sort of food to feed them. I read that they like bloodworms and brine shrimp, but I also read that it needs to be frozen, not freeze-dried (which is all I have at the moment), because the freeze-dried kind can make them sick. Is this true? Also, how do I keep my betta from eating all their food, since he likes to eat the same thing, or will he be too preoccupied with whatever is floating at the surface of the water to care what the frogs are doing at the bottom of the tank? Any kind of special treats I can give my frogs?
