Is New Jersey becoming one giant welfare dump or what?

i left n.j.15 years ago after 65 years of living there.i didn't think it could get worst.i was wrong.i go back to visit now and them.and can't wait to leave.the current gov.i understand is fighting hard to do things right.may GOD bless him.he will need all the help he can get.my opinion.the MOST corrupt state in the country.2nd to ca.will be bankrupt soon.as ca.will be.and the heads that should roll wont.
