IS THE HUMAN RACE AFFECTED BY EVOLUTION?

or has it ceised being affected by it due to medicinal, industrial, and scientific advances that have all but halted and altered the affects of the natural world aka natural selection and if soo how is the human race to evolve if we are unaffected by evolution itself............ if i think about it if we stopped all the hospitals all the vaccines all the supermarkets and all agriculture and TONS of other ammenaties we wouldnt have the population of 6 billion and rising that would mean that evoltion itself is obsolete
