Ladies, I need opinions! PLEASE ANSWER?

I'm a fifteen year old girl and I've never been that girly, but I am finally starting to really care about my appearance (hair, makeup, skincare). I'm looking into Neutorgena products for my skin and I can't decide what to get. I have combination skin, fair colored skin with bright-ish rosy cheeks, and really light freckles on the top of my nose. If I buy Neutrogena Visibly Even products (that claim to even skin tone) will that help tone down the rosy cheeks and freckles? Should I get the Visibly Even stuff? OR...should I get a regimen specifically for combination skin? Or maybe a little of both? Help, I need your opinions!
