Prenatal vtamins ????

I'm 8 weeks pregnant. i think i recently had a reaction to my prenatal vtamins. I started taking them on a thursday and by saturday, i started getting these red marks that severly itched on my belly. the obgyn told me to stop taking them. i asked what else i could take. my obgyn said as long as i eat, im okay ?
