What are the chances of not being exempt....?

I recently applied to texas state university for the spring semester and one of their rules is that if one is under the age of 20, one must live in campus. However, there is an exemption form that exempts certain students. There are about five reason for being exempt: Married, disability, will reside with parents, fafsa issues, and single father. The one that applies to me is that i'll reside with my parents. So i had to mail a copy of my driver's license, birth certificate, and father's license along with the exemption form for verification of address and relationship. So I was wondering, even though I submitted legit information, what the chances of me not being exempt are. It says on the exemption form that one is not guaranteed to be exempt. And if I was to not be exempt, what could be a reason for that?
